Raytheon Australia is proud to be the trusted capability partner of the Australian Defence Force, working hand-in-hand to deliver through life sustainment of the Navy’s Hydrographic and Offshore Patrol Vessel capabilities.Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an energised System Engineer - Logistics to support the establishment and assurance for logistics engineering support activities by the team MV Mission and Support System baselines.Working on projects that truly contribute to the defence of our nation, we look for specialists with a talent for big picture thinking and attention to detail, alongside strong capabilities to develop and deliver outcomes for our nation and defence.The RoleThis is an exciting new career for an experienced Logistics Engineer, responsible for:

• Undertaking analysis of Maintenance Tasks (MTA), Level of Repair (LORA), Training Needs (TNA) and Spares modelling.
• Performing the preparation and maintenance of project ILS plans, technical data/documentation, technical data lists, maintenance support plans and maintenance procedures
• Contribute to the development and maintain Asset Management Policy/Framework and Asset Management Plans
• Conducting ILS activities to ensure all technical, maintenance planning, training requirements and general support documentation is followed and remains compliant
• Contribute to the development of methodology, processes and tools, including the operations planning, and the management systems for maintenance, engineering, supply support, production and other technical and support elements
• This role will work closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders across the country, to develop and maintain effective relationships to deliver quality outcomes.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in a Support system/ILS Engineering and or Analyst role.
• Tertiary qualification in Support System/ILS Engineering or other Engineering disciplines, or Technical qualifications with equivalent experience
• Knowledge of ISO55000/55001 series standards
• Previous exposure to Defence acquisition projects desirable
• Ability to work in team environment
• Excellent verbal and written skills
