About the role
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Liaise closely with Collection Coordinator to deliver pathology service.
- Training including competencies for SRA and Courier in timely manner.
- Responsible for ensuring robust and effective recruitment and onboarding practices are in place for SRA and Courier Team Members.
- Complete rostering in timely manner for SRA and Courier.
- Investigation and resolution of missing specimens, delayed results etc.
- Conduct regular reviews of courier runs and SRA to ensure that they are operating efficiently.
