About the role
We're looking for inspiring and passionate TA Manager to lead a high performing team that partner across our Store Support (corporate) functions and oversees the delivery of recruitment services across the business.
First and foremost, we're looking for a strong leader, some can someone who can bring together, enable, develop and be a thought leader for the team so they can be at their very best every day. You'll partner extensively with senior stakeholders across the various leadership teams, as well as colleagues and leaders across People and Culture. There are also a variety of high profile hiring and diversity programs that you'll play a role in scoping, planning, and executing across these functions.
What you'll be doing
You'll work with the TA Leadership team, your team, P&C leaders and senior business leaders to share insights on key market movements, industry trends and influence on best practice recruitment approaches. You'll also leverage your relationship skills to understand critical talent and workforce needs in the business to then work with your team and our recruitment marketing team to deliver bespoke campaigns and creative market engagement activity.
What else is involved

  • Manage key relationships with the business and P&C leaders to understand the business strategy
  • Ensure your Talent Acquisition leads develop pipelines of talent and attract and engage diverse talent pools, supporting the business needs now and in the future
  • Through continuous improvement of systems, processes and relationships, you'll enable the team to effectively deliver and ensure the provision of great stakeholder and candidate experiences
  • Be a member of and contribute to the P&C Central and TA leadership teams
About you and your skill

  • Have an innovative and collaborative approach to support your team to trial new ideas and avenues for strategic recruitment
  • Be highly adept at influencing outcomes at all levels of stakeholders
  • Be comfortable with systems and technology to drive efficiencies, enhanced experiences and quality.
  • Have an understanding of industry best practice processes with a focus on continuous improvement and simplification.
