Job Description
About the Role:
- Provide leadership to a national team of TA Advisors in order to adopt proactive strategies in the delivery of TA services
- Manage, build, and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders that demonstrate the value of the TA function
- Lead and drive continuous improvement and alignment of recruitment systems and processes, as well as overall service delivery
- Utilize HR metrics and available tools to transition the business to value proactive talent sourcing and delivery
- Leverage global frameworks, systems and programs to drive continuous improvement, while ensuring a consistent approach to sourcing talent and building strong talent pipelines.
About You:
- Working knowledge of building and managing high performance recruitment teams in a centralized service delivery model is highly desirable.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with a variety of complex internal and external stakeholders
- Set up and management of outsourced and partnership services in recruitment (scheduling, reference checking, administration etc.) is highly regarded
- A commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, with competing timelines
