Part Time Team Leader (Ramsay Healthcare SSD Technician Level 5)

About the Role
This role will lead a busy team of CSSD Technicians and ensure that departmental tasks are achieved in an effective and efficient manner.
You will:
- Effectively manage the day-to-day coordination of the Central Sterilising Stores Department activities
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement of services
- Be a positive role model and a passionate mentor
- Work a rotating 7-day roster including night shift.
About You
- Current sterilising certificate (Cert III)
- Minimum 4 years current experience in CSSD preferred
- Advanced knowledge of AS5369, sterilising techniques, surgical equipment and the CSSD facility
- Experience in competency assessment and staff training
- A Cert IV in Sterilising or Training & Assessment will be highly desirable.

Requirements
