Characterised by positive partnerships where students, staff and the school community come together in a safe, secure learning environment, Mundulla Primary School offers a quality student-centred curriculum in a small school setting.We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration/Finance Officer to join our innovative and engaging team.The administration/Finance Officer is accountable to the principal for contributing to the financial and administrative management of the school by providing an accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting; secretarial and clerical support service which contributes to the effective operation of the school.Why choose us?

- Provide finance specific information and projections.
- Generate invoices for charges associated with all school activities/services.
- Receipt and record all income, performing required balances and reconciliations, generating daily cash register reports/summaries and banking of school funds.
- Provide and explaining monthly expenditure reports to budget managers.
- Perform reconciliations and reporting over-expenditure/potential over-expenditure.
- Prepare GST, BAS and IAS Statements.
