• Provide high-level advice to internal and external stakeholders so that there is a consistent and coordinated approach to communications and engagement activities delivered on behalf of the division.
• Oversee, monitor and advise on developing and delivering Stakeholder Engagement plans created by consultants for the division.
• Develop and write corporate compliant engagement and communications plans, government briefs and correspondence.
• Measure, evaluate (including audit and review) and report on the effectiveness of Stakeholder Engagement strategies.
• Develop strong working relationships with project managers, consultants and other relevant stakeholders to make sure Stakeholder Engagement is embedded in the project lifecycle, and delivered in line with the division's systems, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the wider Stakeholder Communications Branch on communications and Stakeholder Engagement-focussed projects as required.

Desirable Requirements

• A current full car driver licence
• Qualifications in communications or Stakeholder Engagement, or a related field, and/or experience in Stakeholder Engagement and communications activities.
