To be recognised for best-in-industry solutions, we need best-in-industry leaders and now we are looking to add a key position to our corporate structure. CoMade is looking for a NSW State Manager to join our business, where you'll be the driving force behind our operations across NSW.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient project management.
- Lead the state’s business development activities by building relationships that will assist in identifying and securing new business.
- To manage and lead senior project staff in the daily execution of work in a safe, professional manner that manages risk and maximises productivity.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our market presence and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with other Op’s Managers and Director’s to expand the CoMade business and build, maintain and encourage effective working relationships with all staff, project teams and other stakeholders.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and maintain our competitive edge.
What We're Looking For:
Either someone in a similar role or someone ready to step up and lead. With a qualification in Electrical Engineering or comparable experience in a leadership role within the electrical engineering or consultancy. You will bring proven work experience along with strong business acumen and a track record of driving results. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills give you the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
