This role will require a results-driven, innovative thinker to immerse themselves across all facets of the business whilst creating a clear scope alongside the senior leadership team regarding strategy and long-term growth.

- Oversee all facets of the business including but not limited to; Technical detailing, machine shop, CNC, as well as purchasing and dispatching.
- Ensure output is at sufficient volume, quality is at a premium standard and business objectives are met timely and effectively.
- Act as a company advisor on all operational functions and supplier trends.
- Oversee purchasing, and monitor functions to ensure they comply with financial parameters and continuous quality control on supplied products.
- Uphold and regularly instil company values to ensure a safe and hospitable workplace.
- Proven extensive experience within the manufacturing sector, ideally coming from the stair building space but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to a variety of stakeholders both internal and external.
- Strong leadership skills and a great understanding of what manufacturing excellence looks like.
- Ability to work autonomously, whilst also being able to make decisions independently as well as collaboratively.
- Overall a great engaging personality with an ability to take people on a journey with you as the company continues to thrive.
