THE ROLE
Based in our Flinders Park office, we are seeking a full-time Project Manager to keep up with our growing demand for quality installations. This role will involve working closely with our Production Team to plan and deliver our projects. This will encompass scheduling and booking the installations, trade allocations, procurement, and arranging deliveries, assisting with builder enquiries, handling warranty and customer requests and allocating work flow, all with a strong focus on ensuring projects run smoothly and our customers have a great experience.
WHAT YOU WILL OFFER
The ideal candidate will have:
- Great customer service and an ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Extremely organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Previous project management experience in managing multiple customers, trades and suppliers.
- Previous experience in the construction or home improvement industry will be highly regarded.
- Ability to manage production budgets and KPI's.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- A strong work ethic.
- Ability to proactively and effectively deal with customer requests.

This is a full-time salary position and remuneration will be negotiated depending on skills and experience. We are seeking a long-term permanent person that is willing to grow with the company. Training will be provided on in house systems and products.
