We are seeking a dynamic marketing professional who can blend strategic planning with hands-on program and creative development. This is the perfect opportunity for a talented marketing visionary who is looking to grow within a leading brand.

About the opportunity

As a valued member of the Wilson team, the State Marketing Manager reports to the Wilson Homes’ CEO and partners with the NEX Group Marketing Manager. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be the planning, development and implementation of all Wilson Homes marketing strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy development and planning of sales campaigns that will promote Wilson Homes and generate genuine traffic (in display, offline and online)
  • Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as sponsors, charities, key industry players, advertising agencies, and the like
  • Coordinate all sales-related marketing collateral, and signage as required
  • Contribute to long-term business initiatives and goals in line with companies’ overall business plans
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and digital platforms that attracts and converts our target audiences
  • Manage Wilson Homes events, including but not limited to display open days, VIP nights and customer information evenings

About you

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of Wilson Homes and NEX Building Group along with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field 
  • Proven Executive Stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (ability to generate quality and compelling content)
  • Driven and organised self-starter able to use initiative and adapt to change
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
