What you'll do
In your new role as State Marketing Specialist, you will provide support to our State Marketing managers in implementing local and state based marketing plans to drive customer engagement, retain & acquire customers and communicate new and renewal store developments. We would also love your input into post analysis and formulation of recommendations to improve future local and state campaigns
In addition, you will also;
- Adherence of the production process and proactive measures are taken when there are delays in the advertising process
- Manage the day to day work flow to ensure all production deadlines are met
- Ensure brand style guides are adhered to and challenged where appropriate
- Provide production and print support for local and state based campaigns
- Manage the associated budgets to deliver end to end campaigns
- Assist in coordinating promotional opportunities from commercial teams
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure each event is managed to a successful conclusion
You could either be a savvy Marketing Coordinator ready to take the next step up in your career or a Marketing Specialist ready for a new challenge. Ideally, you will have experience contributing to strategic planning and have several years experience in an execution or delivery role ideally gained in a retail or large scale organisation.
Naturally, you will be an excellent communicator with a passion for marketing, stakeholder management and delivering results. You will be able to manage multiple and competing campaigns and have the drive to see them come to life. In addition, your skills and experience will be supported by a tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar.
