- Exciting IPN Role in the capacity of State Nursing Support

- Utilise your clinical skills and knowledge of GP nursing
Under the guidance of the State Nursing Manager use your knowledge and experience to support our nurses in the quality provision of services:
Implement and support nurse related company policies, procedures and systems in accordance with standards and legislative requirements.
- Be an escalation point for Nurses and Practice Managers on clinical issue.
- Provide training, coaching and feedback to nursing employees in practices
- Support the SNM with competency assessments, audits, accreditation and other compliance matters
Your working hours would involve some weekend and evening shifts on an adhoc basis.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a general practice environment
- Previous experience in a clinical leadership, management or mentoring role
- Knowledge of Accreditation systems and processes as applied to a General Practice setting
- Previous experience in the supervision of Nurses
- Demonstrated leadership, and problem solving
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
