All Family Nursing Care (AFNC) is a nurse practitioner led NDIS provider specialising in forensic and complex mental health and community nursing services. It is run by a family of nurses who understand about caring.

Our team of Support Workers provide 24/7 support to clients with complex needs. Duties include personal care, in-home support, supported independant living, community access and domestic assistance.
About You
Bring knowledge, skills and experience that also provide a solid foundation for achieving outcomes for children and young people experiencing vulnerability.
Experience working with children and young people.
Experience with Complex Disabilities, Mental Health and Positive Behaviours Support Plans is desirable.
Prompting assistance – personal care and managing appointments.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly active listening.

To be successful you will have:
Blue Card (or be prepared to obtain one if working with children)
Current CPR Certificate and First Aid
Your own car with comprehensive insurance cover and a current driver’s license
Australian Citizen or Australian Visa with work rights
Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (evidence will be required)
The ability to work autonomously
Qualifications
- Experience in the industry is desirable
Experience working with complex and challenging behaviours/background is desirable.
Two current (within the past 2 years) professional references from a supervisor will be required.
