How you'll contribute
Reporting directly to our Head of Operations based in Brisbane, you will lead all operational activities across NSW and will have the opportunity to provide strategic input into the growth of the business. As State Operations Manager, key aspects of your role will include:
- Leading a team of Client Services Managers (CSMs)
- Overseeing State Operations and account management activities
- Conducting regular audits and site visits to ensure key clients are well serviced
- Managing state budgets to ensure work is completed within planned budgets and guidelines
- Working to actively grow our client base and service offering in conjunction with our sales / BD team
This role requires significant amounts of travel throughout NSW.

- Proven experience in leading a team of CSMs to provide exceptional service
- Demonstrated strong hands-on leadership to ensure your team is meeting targets
- Demonstrated success in winning new business through solid tender processes
- Operational experience in all facets of commercial contract cleaning services on a large scale
- Strong experience fostering profitable long-term relationships with clients
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Strong technology skills
