Based out of our Mount Waverley Head Office, you will be responsible for achieving both operational and sales targets. Through your already vast Agent Network, you will develop and implement appropriate sales strategy to grow market share.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Operationally your role will require you to work with heads of multiple departments here at Metricon Homes.
- You will be required to drive sales performance through managing each element in the strategic marketing mix, including land and the traditional marketing elements: product, price, promotions, distribution and assist in the training of the support staff within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs and develop a highly competent and professional team.
- Expect to be very hands on developing a highly competent and professional team, delivering results and strengthening the business.

- Volume Housing Experience
- A high level of experience in dealing with overseas and local Agent networks
- Previous experience as a General Manager and or Sales/Brand Manager within the investment channel
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new opportunities
- A proven track record in leading, training and coaching sales staff and support staff in focusing on agreed objectives to maximise performance; and
- Experience in implementing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful applicant.
