This newly created role at BottleCycler due to the ongoing growth within the organisation is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Key National Accounts.
The position involves managing relationships at an independent venue level, ensuring compliance, and facilitating the phased rollout of BottleCycler units across venues nationwide.
The KAAM will be instrumental in maintaining high levels of data accuracy, reporting on key metrics via the BottleCycler Portal & CRM, and fostering strong communication between BottleCycler and its clients. Reporting to the National Sales Manager and collaborating closely with State Business Development Managers (BDMs), the KAAM plays a pivotal role in facilitating the transition of venues to utilising BottleCycler's bottle crushing solutions for onsite glass waste management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with Key National Accounts at the independent venue level.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of Key National Accounts, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to BottleCycler standards.
• Compliance and Data Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards, while maintaining accurate reporting on all metrics within each account.
• Phased Rollout Facilitation: Coordinate and oversee phased rollouts of BottleCycler units into venues, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and high-quality service delivery.
• Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact along with the National Sales Manager between BottleCycler and Key National Accounts, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
• Support to Sales Team: Provide support to State BDMs and the National Sales Manager in achieving targets and objectives.
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a forward-thinking approach to customer service and account management, addressing client needs proactively and efficiently.
• Industry Expertise: Utilise knowledge of the hospitality sector, potentially in waste management, to understand and address the operational challenges faced by venues.
