We are seeking a talented Key Accounts Manager with a robust understanding of B2B/E-Commerce website platforms, high proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Location: South Yarra, 3141, Vic. 

Job Description:
 Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
 Act as the main point of contact for Key Accounts, addressing their needs and
concerns.
 Understand client needs and provide tailored product offer.
 Conduct regular client meetings to review performance and identify opportunities
for growth.
 Promotional Program Negotiation and Joint Business planning Trade spend and
review of promotional ROI
 Facilitate consumer and category insights to support the category plan
 Category Range reviews 
 Involvement in Private Label project management 
 Monthly reporting 
 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on client
satisfaction, account growth, and other relevant metrics.
 Use data-driven insights to make decisions on strategy
 Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop new products end to end
 Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities and regulatory changes.
 Provide insights and recommendations to improve and develop new products
 Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company’s competitive
position in the market.
 Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
 Day to Day management of your account relationship
 Focus on innovations to continue to surprise and delight our clients 

Requirements
 Skills and Experience:
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, account
management, or business development in FMCG.
 Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships on a national and
international level.
 Experience in managing and mentoring a small team is preferred.
 Existing HO relationships with key retailers in Australia is preferred.
 Forecasting and Supply management
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

 Excellent sales skills
 Strategic thinking and ability to implement long-term plans.
 Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
 Team Player ready to go above and beyond
 Highly motivated and results oriented.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
 Thrive on Private label project management
 FMCG account experience across grocery chains or Independents/ Emerging
channels all well
 Experienced utilising data for category reviews
 Commercially astute and analytically driven
 Enjoy a fast -paced environment
 Eager to learn
 Passionate about FMCG
 Tertiary Qualification highly regarded
 Partner with marketing and category teams to innovate shopper solutions and drive
excellence in market execution

Qualifications & experience

o Proven track record in managing national account sales within FMCG or
related consumer-focused markets.
o Strong commercial insight, and astute P&L management with the capability
to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
o Known for your strategic insight and a practical approach to problem-solving,
you're ready to turn challenges into opportunities.
o Genuine passion for customer service, with the ability to build trusting,
collaborative, and mutually beneficial relationships.
o Exceptional communication skills, with a consultative approach to influencing
others using compelling facts and data.
o A diverse range of influencing styles and techniques at your disposal, with
evidence of their effective application in past roles.
o Lead forecast planning in unison with finance and supply teams to provide
stellar customer service and financial consistency
