Tyrolit Australia is part of an international group and has been operating in the Australian marketplace for over 36 years, servicing the concrete cutting, Hire, and Floor Grinding industry.
We are looking for a NSW State Sales Manager to manage and develop a team of highly motivated sales professionals and support them in growing our B2B, Contruction, Floor Prep and Hire markets. As well as manage a small team of internal customer service and mechanical staff.
This full-time position will cover Sydney Metro area, with a 50:50 Split managing existing accounts and developing new business.

Summary of main duties and responsibilities.
- Achievement of the business plan and sales revenue targets.
- Regular sales performance and analysis and implement appropriate steps to maximise sales profitability through targeted action plans.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline to sustain monthly targets.
- Build and manage a sales team as well as customer service personal.
- Have experience in managing a service centre.
- Provision of Accurate budgeting and sales forecasting.
- Have the talent to build and maintain relationships, both internally with colleagues and externally with customers.
- Prepare and execute sales/technical workshops on the company's products and solutions.
- Assist with the company's marketing activities, including, trade shows and demonstrations.
