A bit about the role…
The Recruitment Partner is focused on securing sustainable employment for members transitioning from the ADF through the Transition Support Services relevant work package. This involves actively engaging in business development activities to identify opportunities with employers and secure placements for transitioning members.
Success in this role is reliant on building and maintaining effective relationships with employers, understanding their resourcing needs, and effectively matching members to opportunities. The Recruitment Partner has a thorough understanding of the defence eco system, including relationships with medium to large employers and networks. The Recruitment Partner works to key performance indicators, within the applicable standards, and continuously strives to enhance customer and employer acquisition through exceptional customer service.
This role is permanent full time, office based in Ennogra.

About you…
- Experience in target-based and fast-paced environments
- Knowledge and application of Defence Eco-System strongly desirable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to adapt style to suit the audience
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, able to demonstrate empathy with accountability
- Exceptional ability to develop and maintain employer relationships and determine key decision-makers
- Demonstrated recruitment expertise within B2B sales environments, driven to succeed in identifying opportunities and converting them into placements
- Must have one of the following:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the employment services and/or recruitment
- Minimum 4 years' full-time ADF service in the preceding 5 years
- Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain
- Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check
- Open drivers licence
