State Visual Merchandising Manager

We are currently seeking a talented and committed State Visual Merchandising Manager to join Unison. You will lead the Visual Merchandising teams across our SA, NT & TAS locations.
Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, the position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of presentation is thoroughly and consistently applied across our concept and concession pads.
ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Managing the SA, NT & TAS Visual Merchandising team
• Maintaining VM and store presentation standards
• Implementing training initiatives to develop VM skills at store level
• Assisting with new store manager training sessions on VM standards
• Overseeing the installation of instore and window VM concepts
• Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
• In conjunction with the State Sales Manager and Store Managers, identifying and actioning VM opportunities to increase sales
• Working with State/Area Manager, and Visual Merchandisers to set standards, provide feedback and support store staff in a professional and personable way

ALL ABOUT YOU:

• A minimum of 3 years Visual Merchandising experience (with fashion experience as an advantage).
• Exceptional time management, organisational and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and works well as a part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail

To be considered for this South Australia-based position, you are required to hold a current Driver’s License and have a reliable vehicle for travel to both the local stores and the regional WA stores.
