Alongside, another team member you will be the “go to person”. Facilitating a seamless process for the clients, using your computer skills and outcome driven energy, all while delivering a positive customer experience. Skills and Experience
- Experience in an on-line/portal CSR role essential
- Excellent Customer Service skills/phone manner
- Computer literate/IT savvy
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- A can-do attitude/solution based problem solver
- You’re a “people person”
