About the Role
The Customer Service Representative role will see you interacting with a diverse customer base, taking inbound calls, and also contacting existing customers regarding products, inventory, delivery, and services. The role will be responsible for providing efficient and professional Customer service via phone and email, as well as data entry and order tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Communicating with customers and service providers through various channels.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can respond promptly to inquiries.
- Processing a large number of orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer requests, transactions, and feedback.
- Communicating and coordinating in a team environment.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the Customer service process.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Tertiary education or equivalent business practical experience
- Previous experience in administration, or sales support role
- Advanced computer systems skills such as MS Office, ERP, Warehouse Inventory Management, etc.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Drivers license
- Police check
