Feeding 11 people including the stock-camp and managers family. Everyone eats in the kitchen.
Cooking Breakfast,Smoko,Lunch and Dinner. Keeping kitchen area and coldrooms clean.
The new cookie will be a family orientated person who loves to feed people and making the kitchen a welcoming and happy place to eat and relax.
This is a cooking only job unless you really want to get outside and help with the vegie garden and lawn mowing. The camp do the processing once a killer is done but you get input on how you want things done.
There is Testra 3g plus starlink wifi around the compound.f
Cooks accommodation is a 1 bedroom self contained unit with your own bathroom and laundry.
Your stock-camp will be made up of a few returning staff plus first years and there are 2 school aged kids so you must be a child friendly person who doesn't mind when the kids come into the kitchen to eat
6 days a week unless the program requires 7 days. Extra time off for social outings such as rodeos, Camp drafts and Races.
Mt isa is the main shopping town with stores delivered fortnightly to the station.
Mt Isa is 220kms North and Boulia is 120kms South of the station.
The road is all Bitumen until the Station driveway then its 20kms well maintained dirt road.
There is a gorgeous running creek at the back of the compound where the staff go swimming,fishing and general socializing.

Your dog must be de-sexed and fully vaccinated. Be well trained. Other dog friendly. Child friendly. Be able to be chained or caged while you are at work. OUTSIDE only.
