We're thrilled to announce that we're expanding our team and currently seeking passionate individuals to fill multiple positions. If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused, and have a love for outdoor power equipment, we want to hear from you!
1. Retail Sales Associates:
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Utilise product knowledge to recommend the best outdoor power solutions for customers' needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for outdoor power equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
2. Mechanics:
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on various outdoor power equipment such as chainsaws, trimmers, and blowers.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tune-ups, and blade sharpening.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate with customers about recommended services.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory management and parts ordering.
Requirements:
- Experience as a mechanic, preferably with outdoor power equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Own tools required.
- Valid driver's license.
3. Store Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the STIHL Shop, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail sales associates and mechanics.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
- Knowledge of outdoor power equipment preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Valid driver's license.
