Toymate is a fast-growing company that is dedicated to becoming Australia’s favourite one-stop toy shop. We require the services of experience Storeroom Manager to work in one of our biggest stores in Australia. As a Storeroom Manager, you will receive and process all store deliveries, sort and organise the stock, assist in the outdoor department and adhere to all storeroom safety procedures. This role will require you to use your technical skills to organise and maintain a busy storeroom and also present yourself on the salesfloor to customers helping them select their goods all the way through to ensuring they can use our pick up service.
You must have the basic knowledge and skills in:
- Storeroom Operations
- Receiving and processing store deliveries
- Analysing the storeroom layout to maximise productivity
- Maintaining accurate inventory systems or records
- Manual Handling
- Customer Service
- Health and Safety
- Loss Prevention
Previous experience in a retail environment will be highly regarded but not essential.
