Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Midwifery Unit Manager to join our team. You will have a passion for leading a committed and professional team that provides compassionate women and family focused clinical care to our clients.

About the Role

You will lead a team focussed on delivering best practice health outcomes for women and their families accessing maternity services and women's health. You will have an advanced knowledge of contemporary nursing and midwifery practice which you will use to act as a clinical resource and professional mentor for your team. You will apply compassionate communication and leadership skills to positively engage, motivate and mentor team members to achieve best practice health outcomes for clients.
