- Work with other officers to ensure a strong focus on customer relationships and unit performance.
- Ensure that all assets are identified, and all relevant information is accurately recorded into the Metro North Health Fixed Asset Register.
- Coordinate and perform stock take process on an annual and ad hoc basis for the Metro North Health facilities, confirming that all assets registered are still in the possession of the health service.
- Collate and prepare timely and accurate reports relating to assets and the asset stocktake for senior Metro North Health staff as required.
- Other financial and asset matters as required by management.
- Assist in regards to the management of compliance issues for Metro North Health (including but not limited to Data Integrity Validation and other associated internal controls).
- Comply with and utilise procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position, including contemporary human resource management requirements and practices, such as work place health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination policies.
- Comply with the provisions of the Financial Accountability Act 2009 and Metro North Hospital and Health Service Financial Management Practice Manual.
