A unique opportunity is available to join the team in a design and sales role that will involve you in the design, consultation, management of construction, and installation of projects. This role will offer you the opportunity for travel, career advancement, and the ability to specialise and become a Design and Project Management representative.
You will be provided training and support as you learn the system, and you will work with some of the top agricultural producers. This role will be based in Wagga Wagga, so we are searching for someone ideally in Wagga and/or the surrounding areas; however, others in the state will also be considered.

The Ideal Candidate
Proway is looking for someone flexible and patient who is willing to walk before they run.
You will ideally possess the following attributes:
- Be able to follow all WH&S procedures.
- Excellent computer skills. Experience in AutoCAD would be an advantage, but the successful candidate would receive on-the-job training.
- Livestock handling or industry experience highly regarded.
- Be able to meet time-sensitive targets to ensure productivity.
- Have great communication skills.
- Have high attention to detail and be quality focused.
- Be willing to work for long periods outdoors and sometimes travel away from home.
- Understand deadline pressures during busy times.
- Ideally, have some form of tertiary education but not essential.
