Our Australian Mining Explosives (AME) facility operating at the Bajool Explosives Reserve has opportunities for Forklift Drivers/Warehouse Assistants to join the team.
Working on a casual basis, these positions support the operation by conducting tasks associated with the safe storage, handling and delivery of bulk dangerous goods at the facility.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking applicants who have sound knowledge in the handling, Storage and transportation of goods and are capable of working in a physically demanding role.
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Open Driver's Licence (HR preferred)
- High Risk Work Licence for a Forklift (essential)
- Qld Explosives Security Clearance Card (or the ability to acquire)
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills
- Be physically fit and healthy for repetitive lifting duties
- The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
