A little about the role…
You will oversee projects from initial requirements to deployment, managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and plans. You'll coordinate resources to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Analyse progress, make adjustments as needed, and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
We're looking for a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in Employment Services to join our team.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Implement and maintain processes to manage project scope, quality, and performance standards, ensuring compliance with employment services regulations and guidelines
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with employment service goals and standards
- Develop partnerships with external stakeholders to enhance project outcomes
- Allocate and monitor resources effectively to maximize efficiency and deliverables
- Actively engage stakeholders across the operations team and the CoAct network to support and promote project completion and communicate goals effectively
- Lead changes in operations processes such as contract novations, contract changes, or service partner changes
- Ensure project stakeholders are consistently informed of delivery timelines, scope, and budget requirements

- Demonstrated good work ethic and ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of Job Services Australia and Disability Employment Services contracts
- Demonstrated success in project management within Employment Services
