A family owned and operated business opening it's doors to the self storage industry in 2008 we are seeking a new Storage Consultant to join our team.
As a Storage Consultant, you will provide quality customer service to new and existing customers. Creating a good rapport from the first point of contact; by following up on new leads, taking the client through to the sign-up process, and maintaining the customer relationship throughout their stay.
Looking for add on sale opportunities, you’ll take bookings for truck and trailer hires and make recommendations to customers about packing options with products from our showroom.

We are looking for someone who has,
• Customer service experience
• Experience in office programs like outlook, word, excel
• Confident phone & communication skills
• A record of achieving sales and KPI’s
• Willingness to work over a 7 day roster (Sunday 9-1pm)
• Good rapport building
• Motivated and proactive can-do attitude
• Drivers lic
• Forklift lic desired but not essential
