Job description

The Role:

As Store Director you will be a passionate, driven leader who leads from the front - always setting an example for your team to follow. You will understand how to motivate a high performing team and how to develop and nurture a culture aligned with the brand values, a buisness that is passionate about empowering women and leaving a positive impact on the environment. You will be a brand ambassador, creating exceptional experiences for every customer and an engaging and inclusive environment for both clients and team.

The Role Outlines:

Financials:

  • Responsible for the overall profitability of your store, ensuring all targets and KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Support your team in achieving their own personal targets and KPI goals.
  • Accountable for all costs and overall financial health of the business, with a strong business acumen for analysing these results and planning for improvement and growth.
  • Mitigate all risk within the store, ensuring minimal loss and overall profitability through accurate inventory management.

Team:

  • Build and nurture a high-performance culture where you focus on your teams development, ensuring you always have the right person in the right place.
  • Actively sourcing and recruiting for new talent to further support the businesses needs of growth.
  • Responsible for driving the positive induction and on-boarding of new team members into the business.
  • Experienced in working towards wage targets and working in line with all rostering guidelines.
  • Implement learning & development initiatives with your team to support internal growth within the team.

Customer Experience:

  • Create an environment that upholds the company standards for the ultimate in-store experience for all customers.
  • Ensure all team are trained in how to deliver an exceptional customer experience each & every time.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, growing the brands awareness through the positive in-store experiences and high-level of client interaction.
  • Promote all services offered by the brand including piercing, engraving, and other initiatives.

Operations:

  • Responsible for operational excellence in-store in line with brand standards.
  • Identify any operational opportunities or gaps within the store and ensure measures put in place to overcome.
  • Partner with internal teams to hold successful meetings that require an inventory focus to ensure stock accuracy at all times.
  • Champion best practices in all operational areas, from BOH management, accurate inventory measures, rostering compliance and other set KPIs.

What you can bring:

  • Store Management experience is required, preferably senior store manager level.
  • Understanding of Australian high-end retail market.
  • A keen business mind, with proven track record of driving top-line sales, analysing sales and ability to effectively communicate on these.
  • A passionate leader who is experienced in leading, developing and growing a high-performing team.
  • Wanting to work in a fast paced environment, and have an entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Preferable experience in new store openings and working in a fast growing business.
