Our client is a Sydney-based experience design studio and creativity festival. They are looking for an experienced Account Director to join their team in a full-time permanent role in their Surry Hills studio.
This role is instrumental in driving the success of both the creative brand agency studio and their events and festival arm.
You are a proactive and dynamic Account Director with a solid background in client relationships, project management, and extensive experience in leading creative design initiatives. As the ideal candidate you will possess a wealth of expertise in creative thinking, design project execution, and client satisfaction, coupled with exceptional organizational skills and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
Effectively manage client relationships for owned properties and client projects
Comprehend client needs and proficiently communicate project requirements
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality services
Contribute to the ideation and development of creative concepts for design projects
Oversee the execution of brand campaigns and content across diverse channels
Coordinate event collateral, social media assets, video production, and brand identities
Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to evolving project needs
Maintain a high level of organization to meet project briefs, budgets, and schedules
Collaborate with the Brand Director, Global Creative Director, Design Director, and Creative Strategist in ideating and developing experience design
Proactively generate and cultivate new business opportunities with existing clients
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a primary focus on client relations, client development, and project management and project leadership
Strong understanding of creative and design processes
Proven expertise in event production, design strategy, branding, and leading creative projects
Proficiency in design software including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator, Keynote, and CMS interfaces
Demonstrated creative thinking, flexibility, and ability to thrive under pressure
