As we prepare for this exciting new venture, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Full-time Store Manager & Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the takeaway business, ensuring efficient and seamless service.
- Manage staff rostering, ensuring appropriate coverage and compliance with labour regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive staff training, emphasizing high standards of food preparation, safety, and exceptional customer service.
- Effectively manage stock and inventory, including ordering, monitoring supplies, and minimizing wastage.
- Operate the ABACUS POS system proficiently, ensuring accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and adherence to security protocols.
- Provide prompt and friendly service to customers, handling food preparation, packaging, and serving as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively interact with both customers and staff.
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is highly desirable.
- Familiar with the ABACUS POS system or similar point-of-sale software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage daily operations.
- Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to facilitate seamless communication.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Availability to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, as the store operates seven days a week.
