About the Position

This is an exciting job opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and business development. While working closely with the Managing Director, you will have flexibility and autonomy to make decisions and be a key contact for customers.

Your role will be to respond to in-store customers, telephone and online enquiries about product and technical information. You will be able to successfully interpret the products that these customers are seeking, so a technical/mechanical mind would be helpful. In addition, this position will include a focus on increasing sales, as well as assisting in analysing sales data to deliver improved service.

About You

To be successful in this position you need;

• Previous experience in retail sales/business development;
• An ability to build rapport with customers, providing exceptional customer service;
• An ability to be self-sufficient and work autonomously; 
• A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude with an ambition to excel;  and 
• Computer literacy.
