Qualifications & experience
- Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for assisting customers and meeting their needs.
- Strong understanding of retail operations including inventory management, merchandising and sales techniques.
- Basic computer applications and POS (point of sales) systems.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and inventory management.
- Sales: helping customers access our wide range of products and finalizing the sales via cash and/or Eftpos.
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation and proper merchandising of the store, creating an appealing shopping environment.
- Supervise and provide staff support to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Team member: to work within a team but also be able to work independently.
