Join the team in continuing the growth of Vinnies shop in the Dulwich Hill 2203 as full-time Store Manager. In this role, you will manage all aspects of store operations, ensure team members are well-trained and fully equipped to achieve individual and team performance goals. Your strong retail knowledge and people leadership skills are vital to your success in this role. Your Responsibility
• Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
• Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
• Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
• Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
• Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
• Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
• Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
• Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.You Will Need
• Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail OR
• Strong leadership potentials; with good fashion sense
• Strong focus on customer experience
• Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
• Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets.Apply Now
