Store Manager | Australian Designer | Qld

The Talent Mill is working with a leader in the Australian Designer space. We are looking to speak with strong CRM leaders who live and breath Australian Fashion. 

We are searching for an exceptional Store Manager to join as a leader in the luxury and designer space. 

We want to connect with you as an effective people leader and business driver. Ideally, we are looking for someone who will lead by example and set high standards for customer experience, constantly searching for new ways to surprise and delight customers. 

You will be focused on developing and upskilling your team – ensuring that you recruit the right talent that complements the team's strengths and that you are skilled at having constructive conversations that benefit your team to achieve their personal and professional goals. 

You will work with the support office to build your business with the right systems, products, and people. You will have a strong understanding of the local market and network effectively to ensure that you capitalize on marketing that could benefit your business. 

You will have built your reputation on positive leadership, you approach your role with optimism and a commercial eye, and you understand how important relationships are to success.

What you need to bring:

• Having previous experience in a designer or luxury brand is highly preferred, but as always we are open to chatting to anyone with a passion for customer experience. 
• You should have at least 2 years of previous experience in management or assistant manager of a team of around 8-10. 
• Ideally, you will have experience in customer service and clientelling but also strength in operational effectiveness, be highly organized and have strong attention to detail. 
• You will also need to have a strong sense of commercial awareness, great attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
