The Role:
- Oversee the management of the store and the team
- Manage sale, expense and wage budgets
- Achieve sale budgets and profit objectives as set
- Team rostering
- Customer Service – assisting with sales enquiries and service requirements
- Stock control and supplier returns
- Primarily 7.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday, every second Saturday 8.00am-12.00pm
Position Requirements:
- Holder of a current Queensland Driving Licence
- Experience in either of the following automotive sectors – Tyre/Mechanical/Dealership Service Advisor
- Managerial/Leadership experience
- Great people skills, strong retail and sales experience
- Budgeting and sales targets experience and understanding of achieving targets
