About the role
This is a full time, permanent position. Applicants are required to have demonstrated experience in Store Management, people leadership, automotive aftermarket sales, have excellent communication and teamwork skills, neat presentation and high level customer service.
The role's responsibilities and duties will include:
- Daily banking requirements, including debtor control
- Inventory management
- Understanding and management of budgets for store operations
- Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Lead, motivate and train team members
