Position Details:
Store Manager:
- Full-time position - 5 days/38 hours with occasional weekend work.
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Mt Gravatt location and offering support to our Stafford store where necessary.
- Duties include managing staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with food and safety regulations.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, hospitality experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Responsible for creating rosters, ensuring that they meet operational needs but also fall within budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year café/hospitality experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with people, fostering customer loyalty.
- Ability to train employees on new and existing procedures.
- Can reach KPIs and stay within PNL lines.
- Ability to manage daily store operations including rostering and ordering.
- Food and safety supervisor certificate.
Team Members:
- Casual positions available at both Mt Gravatt and Stafford stores, offering flexible hours.
- Responsibilities include serving customers, preparing beverages and food items as well as maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the café.
