What you will do
- Lead and coach the team to build capability and develop future leaders
- Achieve store KPI's (sales and operational) are through effective planning and execution with regional manager
- Meet the store sales targets through monitoring and analysing performance whilst maintaining high level of compliance
- Develop and maintain a harmonised team culture with clear accountabilities, standards for high performance, and a safe workspace where all team members are respected and valued
- Recruit and onboard new team members, oversee coaching and development, conduct performance reviews for the team
