About the Role:
- Manage and lead a team of 6 who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and embodying the brand's values.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards that showcase the contemporary, classic, fresh, and practical elements of our product range.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through effective store operations and strategic planning.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a strong team culture.
- Ensure inventory management, including restocking and maintaining optimal product levels.
About You:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar contemporary design or fashion environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating a team.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic retail environment.
