The Role:

About the role:
- Manage day to day operations of the store including rostering, stock processing and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilise effective merchandising techniques to enhance product presentation and maximise sales opportunities.
- Use initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance store performance.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for cooking and kitchenware products.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Proven track record of reliability and initiative.
