About the role:

To be considered a successful candidate you will need:
- At least 2yrs experience in Fashion Management
- Understand the true essence of Customer Service and be able to drive that leading from the front of your team
- A keen eye for detail and everything beautiful
- Great organisation skills and an understanding of efficiency
- To be an amazing communicator
- Empathic and understanding and be ready to coach, mentor and motivate
- Understand Retail KPI's and how they effect your business
