About the role
The Eastern Health Renal Service is seeking an experienced Contracts and Business manager to cover long service leave until February 2025. The role reports to the Clinical Director of Eastern Health Renal Service and the Deputy Director of Operations, Special Medicine, the Business Manager will facilitate and manage aspects related to financial and business processes with in the Renal Service. This is an opportunity to work in a busy and welcoming team and interface with external agencies and suppliers integral to the functioning of the service.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Experience working with finance systems
- Contractual knowledge - familiarity and understanding of the components of a Contract.
- Understanding and practical experience in Contract processes and Contract management software databases
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office suite such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Clearly demonstrable problem solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across the health service.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
- The ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
