This high performing apparel store is seeking a new Store Manager! If you’re a warm and approachable retail leader who loves to make your work day fun, we want to hear from you! We are an established brand and have over 80+ stores nationally. About you:
- You will need to be highly organised and motivated as you will be responsible for driving sales in a high volume environment
- Proven track record of achieving store sales targets and KPI’s
- Love of one on one customer service bundling relationships in the local northern beaches community
- Must be a great communicator
- Experience coaching, training and leading a team of 10 staff
- Rostering to a wage target
- Preferably a retail background but other fields including hospitality will be considered
