We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide effective and confidential administrative support the Executive Manager, Asset Management. This is a fast-paced role, which will require you to provide extensive administration support to the Executive Manger such as, diary management, arranging travel and secretarial support.
The person we are seeking will demonstrate: -
- Experience in secretarial and administrative support for an Executive member of staff.
- High level computer skills particularly with Microsoft Office.
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Highly polished written communications skills with experience in the development of high-level correspondence such as, Board Papers and Board Presentations.
