They are looking for an experienced, successful, and highly motivated Store Manager to lead their flagship Hawthorn boutique.About you
- A high energy, highly motivated individual that can demonstrate understanding and patience with a range of customer types and connect with a growing market
- Tenured Retail management experience within the fashion industry, with menswear experience favourable
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage a team of diverse ages and backgrounds with both empathy and assertiveness
- Looking for a long term position within a supportive, structured business to develop and grow
- Motivate, inspire, and empower your team of 8 to drive sales whilst ensuring day to day operations are functioning at maximum efficiency
- Monitor team performance and KPI's and implement change
- Build strong client relationships through top-tier service and styling
- Prioritise effectively between clients, staff, and operations
- Up to $70,000 salary + Super
